#Defense Army: The enemy continues to violate the humanitarian ceasefire and this time has targeted one of the hospitals located in the north-eastern direction, where civilians have also been receiving treatment.
This constitutes a gross violation of norms and principles of international humanitarian and customary law, according which targeting hospitals and facilities where the wounded are cared for is prohibited. This is an overt war crime, the entire responsibility for the consequences of which falls on the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan.
Противник, продолжая нарушать режим гуманитарного прекращения огня, на этот раз нацелился на один из госпиталей, расположенных в северо-восточном направлении, где получают медицинскую помощь также мирные жители.
Вышеуказанное является грубейшим нарушением принципов и норм международного гуманитарного права и обычного права, в соответствии с которыми запрещено таргетировать госпитали и места содержания раненых. Это уже явное военное преступление, вся ответственность за последствия которого ложится на военно-политическое руководство Азербайджана.
