When I was a child, I used to look out of the window glass while sitting in a car. Streets, buildings, people were sliding before my childish eyes like a kaleidoscope. Then I used to concentrate my eye focus on the glass. A simple transparent phenomenon, behind which the world seemed somehow different. Right now I am sitting before my computer screen and the world behind it is surely so varying. In this digital world I no longer can imagine my life without everyday chatting with my friends, sharing my thoughts online and just surfing the WEB trying to see the latest interesting events that shake the whole globe!

But what's the difference between the two sides of the screen? Well, I spent my childhood away from any screen playing football and hide-and-seek with my friends. I admit, life was more real then and we were happier. So what happened? An algorithm came to change millions of lives all over the world. The world behind the screen became more attractive, catchy, easy and popular. Do you want to know why? Because our everyday interests are so quick to be fulfilled due to this magic computer. I can do my homework, listen to music, watch a movie online, buy some product online, talk to my friends who are either next to me or just thousand kilometers away SIMULTANEOUSLY. Fantastic! Easy. Fast. You like it, don't you?

Anyway, what's the border between real and online life? Can we get lost and find ourselves behind the screen? What is like the world behind the screen? What if one day all this vanishes like a soap bubble? All these questions are hard to reply, because there may be thousand answers. In my opinion the limits depend on us. The world behind the screen is really sweet and important, it's kind of a mirror and you see your own reflection. I don't take into account fake information and dishonest behaviour, because those, who choose this way, believe me, in real life are not better. We are who we are behind and in front of the screen, well, most of us.

To sum up, I would like to quote Bill Gates: ''I'm a great believer that any tool that enhances communication has profound effects in terms of how people can learn from each other, and how they can achieve the kind of freedoms that they're interested in.'' Life behind the screen opens so many doors. The hardest thing is not to get lost in this labyrinth. We have the human freedom to choose, to respond and to change.
