JOB OFFERS

Canadian Immigration consulting firm is looking for 2-4 full time (30-40 hours) administrative assistants in Yerevan/Armenia.
    
    

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
  • Return missed calls and voice messages
  • Check, answer and forward electronic inquiries
  • Send emails, agreements and invoices
  • Follow-up with existing and potential clients
  • Schedule, coordinate and manage bookings
  • Provide call reports to management on weekly basis
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail oriented self-starter with excellent judgment
  • Very strong computer skills
  • Prior experience in the similar role preferred
  • University degree would be an asset
  • Multilingualism would be an asset
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
