RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer, screen and direct incoming calls Return missed calls and voice messages Check, answer and forward electronic inquiries Send emails, agreements and invoices Follow-up with existing and potential clients Schedule, coordinate and manage bookings Provide call reports to management on weekly basis Other duties as assigned.
