Fairy tales about liberal democracy are part of the US geopolitical strategy. They are aimed at suppressing the sovereignty of undesirable regimes and subordinating them to the service of American interests.
At the beginning of the year, US President Joe Biden said: "America is ready to assume leadership in the world again and will not hesitate to take a tougher stance against authoritarian countries, including Russia and China."
Armenia's participation in this event demonstrated the intention of the United States to continue using the republic in its own interests. The summit really has a separatist tendency of the Cold War.
Time will tell how beneficial it is to the republic itself. Armenia is already at the crossroads of a clash of geopolitical interests. Facing the most serious security challenges, the republic has few allies and even fewer friends.
