Naira Shahbazyan was born on March 16, 1985 in the village Akhuryan of Shirak area. After receiving philological education Naira served 7 years on end in the Social and Educational center of Shirak diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church then she was a worker of the parallel center " We believe" of Yerevan Sacred Church after Grigor Lusavorich.
Naira had periodically repeating headaches which began at the age of 15, but only last year it became clear that Naira has *** very serious problems with health. In the left hemisphere of her brain there is a tumor, in the consequence of which her right hand and the right foot weakened. "My Naira was very healthy child. At the age of 15 she started having headaches, I took her to the doctor, but doctors didn't give an exact diagnosis. Last year the headache started to carry long character, but every time doctors gave inaccurate and different diagnosis."
"Last year 2013 in December, Naira's condition became aggravated, in the consequence of that the right hand and the right foot weakened. Once again we addressed to doctors and following their advise we took a picture of her head. The diagnosis was awful, it became clear that in the left hemisphere of her brain there is a tumor", declared Naira Shahbazyan` s mother-Anait Shahbazyan in the conversation with us.
On January 7, 2014 on assistance of the priest Ter-Akob the confessor of the Yerevan Church of Grigor Lusavorich, Naira Shahbazyan was operated on in the Yerevan 3rd children's clinic by the doctor - William Khachatryan arrived from St. Petersburg.
Naira completed a postoperative beam course, but it isn't enough for fully overcoming the illness. The doctors also admit that Naira's health can't be finally restored in Armenia, as a result of lack of necessary medicines and medical care.
"I don't know to whom to address what to do to save the life of my sister. After operation Naira's condition seems stable, but post-operational treatment is required which is impossible in our country. We even have no apartment to sell and cover the costs of treatment abroad. ", -in conversation with us Naira` s brother Levon Shahbazyan declared.
